HI, I'M LAUREN

Whether you seek help with weight management, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, or disease prevention, I inherently disagree with a one-size-fits-all approach.

My method is holistic and client-centered; I evaluate your needs, clinical history, and lifestyle to create a comprehensive, personalized nutritional plan that you can confidently follow for the rest of your life.

I am a Registered Dietitian, with a Master’s Degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from McGill University. I have a dual license in Canada and Israel and have been practicing for over 10 years.
