5 things that happen when you create a healthy lifestyle habit

When you try something new, whether it be diet related or a new part of your self-care routine, what's your intention behind it?
Are you choosing those things based on trying to create your own healthy lifestyle, something that feels good for you?
In my experience, helping my clients find a healthy lifestyle that's personalized and targeted for them is what allowed them to experience major shifts in their day to day.
Research shows that any new habit takes approximately 21 days to solidify. That's 3 weeks.
Consistency is always the name of the game and making sure the right intention is behind creating this lifestyle change will propel you forward.
A healthy lifestyle does not look the same for everyone and finding what works for you might be a journey.
For me, a healthy lifestyle includes having a healthy relationship with food, moderation, it means creating enough space each day for myself, self-care, and to have sustained physical energy to do the things I want to do each day.
In creating these realistic goals, some major things happen:
